Account Officer

Job Description

  1. Manage all accounting transactions
  2. Prepare Projected Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements
  3. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  5. Ensure timely bank payments
  6. Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on monthly and quarterly basis
  7. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  8. Assist in Audit financial transactions and documents
  9. Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
  10. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements

Other Specification

  1. Must have completed Bachelors or Running MBA or MBS
  2. Self-motivation and commitment
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with pivot table, functional formulas, data filtering by various option, conditional formatting etc)
  6. Should possess sound knowledge of Income Tax and VAT and general accounting
  7. Should possess sound knowledge of Accounting Software
